At le-spych.com, we work with WhiteWall, a premium photo lab in Germany, to ensure your artwork is produced and delivered with the highest quality standards.

🌍 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries in Europe, North America, and selected international destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

🖼️ Production Time

All of our artworks are made-to-order and manufactured by WhiteWall with precision and care. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production. Some complex formats may require up to 10 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time

After production, your order is handed over to trusted shipping partners. Approximate delivery times:

Germany: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–6 business days

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or local delivery conditions.

📦 Packaging & Protection

Every order is securely packed by WhiteWall in custom-fit packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Shipments are insured and trackable.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. We aim to keep them as transparent and fair as possible.

❗ Customs & Import Fees

International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the order total.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
